Crown Royal stainless steel outdoor wood boilers are backed by a 20-year warranty.
Every Crown Royal boiler we sell is built from 409 stainless steel in International Falls, Minnesota, and backed by a 20-year manufacturer's warranty covering the firebox and water jacket against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. There is a 1 year warranty on all other parts.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the boiler's stainless steel construction. It does not cover damage from improper installation, lack of maintenance, use of non-approved water treatment chemicals, or normal wear items such as gaskets, blowers, and controls.
Circulator pumps and other parts we sell carry their manufacturer's standard warranty. Keep your receipt and contact us if you have an issue with a part — we'll help you work with the manufacturer.
