Thank you for choosing Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please review the following policy for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges for online purchases from our website or online retailers.

Returnable Parts and Products

All unused products purchased online from Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC may be returned within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date. These include circulator pumps, installation parts, control parts, boiler parts and other small parts or products.  This does apply for any products purchased in the United States of America or Canada.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please do not ship any item back without first contacting us. To initiate a return:

Free Return Shipping Cost

For approved returns, customers will be provided free of charge a return shipping label. Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC charges no restocking fee on any approved return for online purchases of parts or products.

Buyers Remorse

If you change your mind for any reason with an online purchase, you may return any eligible, unused item within 30 days of delivery or pickup — no questions asked — provided it meets the standard return conditions above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, model, or part number, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Warranty Claims

The return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty. For warranty-related claims, contact us and we will help facilitate your claim under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Email the following information to process your warranty claim:

Items will be replaced under warranty with similar part number and type.  Replacement product will be sent after the item is received and inspected.
