Thank you for choosing Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please review the following policy for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Products

All outdoor wood boiler and furnace units are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all Pristine Series, Multi Pass Series, and Biomass models. Due to the custom nature of these products and the significant freight and logistics costs involved, we are unable to accept returns on any boiler or furnace unit once the order has been placed.

The following conditions may cause the product to be non-returnable:

• Any product that has been used, installed, modified, or altered in any way.
• Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.
• Clearance or items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  

Returnable Parts and Products

Most unused products purchased from Wisconsin Wood Furnace LLC may be returned within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date. These include circulator pumps, installation parts, control parts, boiler parts and other small parts or products.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is provided with a purchase date within the past 30 days.
• The item is in its original packaging with all included parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
  

How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please do not ship any item back without first contacting us. To initiate a return:

• Contact us by phone or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
• Pack and ship the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit using provided shipping label
  
• Unauthorized returns, items sent back without prior approval, may be refused.

Refunds

If you receive a product that arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, model, or part number, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Warranty Claims

The return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty. For warranty-related claims, contact us and we will help facilitate your claim under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Email the following information to process your warranty claim:

• Full name and address
• Defective part number and manufacturer
• Order number along with where purchased
